Return & Refund Policy
At Essence and Harvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help make things right.
1. Return Window
- 5-Day Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for all products.
- Fragrance Products: Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- Opened Fragrances: We cannot accept returns for opened fragrance products for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Eligibility
- Product must be in its original condition and packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear
- Fragrance products must be unopened and sealed
- Personal care items must be unused and in original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at essenceandharvest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RAN)
5. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
- Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely
- Return Address: The return address will be provided when your return is authorized
6. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product price, excluding original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Include photos of the damage or defect in your email
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- Return shipping for damaged/defective items will be covered by us
8. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order
- This ensures you receive the correct product and maintains our quality standards
9. International Returns
